The refund and cancellation policy for all payments made towards WeAudit subscription using the payment gateway shall stand as under:
- The subscription charges paid for getting WeAudit or its add-ons are non-refundable.
- In case you have paid subscription charges multiple times, please write to support@weaudit.in with the subject line "Refund" and we will initiate the necessary procedure.
- If payment has been collected by a channel partner and not by Connex Teletech Private Limited, you may request a full refund from the channel partner.
- Payments approved for refund will be returned to the customer's credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.
Note: completion of the refund procedure is subject to external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
