Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective date: April 7, 2026

Refund and cancellation terms for all payments made toward WeAudit subscriptions through supported payment channels.

The refund and cancellation policy for all payments made towards WeAudit subscription using the payment gateway shall stand as under:

  • The subscription charges paid for getting WeAudit or its add-ons are non-refundable.
  • In case you have paid subscription charges multiple times, please write to support@weaudit.in with the subject line "Refund" and we will initiate the necessary procedure.
  • If payment has been collected by a channel partner and not by Connex Teletech Private Limited, you may request a full refund from the channel partner.
  • Payments approved for refund will be returned to the customer's credit card or original payment method within 7 business days.

Note: completion of the refund procedure is subject to external agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
